Unotifi’s Personalized Information Page (PIP) helps dealers manage customer relations by providing customers with access to service history records for their vehicle/s. Featuring status updates for tires, battery, brakes, and maintenance, customers will be able to see what vehicles are due for key services, at a glance.

The PIP allows customers to make an appointment, access interactive and mobile coupons, update their vehicle mileage, get directions to the dealer from their current location, select their preferred communication method, and much more. The PIP is available to your customers 24/7 via the Internet, widget or as an iPhone application.

Interactive Coupons

While accessing Unotifi’s interactive coupons, customers are encouraged to opt-in to offers they wish to use. This will activate the offer allowing them to receive the price or promotion, and succeed in giving your customers an engaging shopping experience. When a customer feels that they are receiving a good deal, there is an inherent fear of loss should they neglect to take advantage of the offer.

An added feature allows customers to forward available offers to friends and family, either by email, text, or through social media platforms like Facebook. They can also send or save offers and coupons to their mobile phones or attach them to scheduled appointments.

Customer Appreciation Rewards System

The Customer Appreciation Rewards System (CARS), has been available through Unotifi from its inception, allowing a full integration with all marketing applications and communications.
